Michel Kayser, who was born in the east of France, is deeply attached to the Gard and the Camargue region, a land of market gardening, fruit growing and fine livestock products, such as Angus and bulls, not to mention the riches of the Mediterranean: shellfish, fish...

As soon as he moved here, the Chef set out to meet the suppliers, breeders and other market gardeners who work with passion, creating over time a network of trusted local suppliers who inspire his creations.

From the moment he meets them, he works with them to help their produce grow and reach the level of quality that his cuisine demands.

Learning from others and sharing locally: this committed, wholehearted chef strives to ensure that all those who work alongside him live and work in symbiosis with the land they love and know down to the smallest detail. The ambition is to form a single camp, a large family where there is room for all those with good will, respecting the environment and focused on the pleasure of giving pleasure.
