Job opportunities
Second de cuisine (M/F) : To assist our Executive Chef, we are looking for a Second Chef with experience of working in a Michelin-starred brigade. As the chef's right-hand man, he will be responsible for organising and supervising the work of his colleagues in a caring manner, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
Kitchen assistant and chef de partie (M/F) : To complete our brigade, we are looking for a commis and a chef de partie in the kitchen.
Minimum experience of 1 year in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Assistant Maître d'hôtel (M/F): In order to complete our dining room team, we are recruiting an Assistant Maître d'hôtel on a permanent contract.
